✘ Cobra, Phoenix Arms, Heritage Arms firearms, Walther rimfire pistols, GSG rimfire pistols, and Hi-Point pistols are prohibited.
✘ Semi-automatic handguns which accept a detachable magazine and have two or more of the following features:
● Magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip.
● Threaded barrel capable of accepting a barrel extender, flash suppressor, forward hand grip, or silencer.
● Barrel shroud.
● Manufactured weight of 50oz or more (unloaded).
● Centerfire pistol with an overall length of 12 inches or more.
● Semi-automatic version of an automatic firearm (not to include a firearm with a barrel 16” or more in length).
✘ Complete AR lower receivers may not include prohibited features listed above, nor appear as a named item on Appendices A, B, or C (see “Rifle Flowchart” link above).
✘ Pistol-grip firearms expelling a shotgun shell that are 26” or longer in overall length, but with smooth-bore barrels shorter than 18” in length are not being transferred by Hawaii FFLs.
Regardless whether pump-action or semi-automatic, this category includes the Mossberg Shockwave, Remington Tac-14, Emperor Arms Duke / Mogul series and the like.
✘ No ammunition or ammunition components..
✘ No stun guns or TASERs.
✘ No pressurized aerosol spray products (including pepper spray).
